The web site you are trying to connect to seems to be misconfigured, and potentially has what is now considered an invalid certificate. Or maybe your local iPhone is not set to automatically manage its local time and date.
Whether the other clients are running different root certificate stores, or this client is accessing a different cached copy of the website from elsewhere within a content delivery network?
We’re going to need a few more details about the website, and what iPhone or iPad or Mac or Windows clients do or do not work and which versions, and potentially—if it’s not sensitive—which website is involved so we can check for the involvement of a content delivery network.
Also, please do not post questions to other threads, as that usually just gets what are often unrelated questions tangled. This might be the current trust store, or it could involve any number of other potential causes. (I’ve been running trust store 17 for a while now, and it works fine. But there are a lot of websites and web services.)
It's part of Apple's iOS software. It's safe.
