Why is my Apple ID was disabled??

My Apple ID have been disabled I can’t download

iPhone 6, iOS 12

First, you need to reset your Apple ID password.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
