Pop up notifying me that my account has been disabled in the App Store

When attempting to download an app, I get a pop up notifying me that my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How do i fix it ?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
