Can I extend my AppleCare. My Ipad AppleCare expires in 3 days.

If you're talking about an Apple Care Plus Protection Plan, see this article:--> Extend your AppleCare+ coverage - Apple Support
If you're talking about the 1 year standard limited warranty, there's no way to extend it, sorry (you had to subscribe to AppleCare+ within 60 days from the date of purchase).
