iPhone camera damage with motorcycle tank bags?

Are tank bag type phone mounts subject to the same vibration and potential camera issues as handlebar mounts?

These use heavy magnets to secure the bag to the gas tank. In addition to having less vibration than a handlebar mount, the camera is face down in a case and in a more horizontal position than a handlebar mount.

There’s no one single “do not exceed” value.

Vibration is bad. Less is better.

iPhones are expensive. Handle them w/ as much care as possible.

Part of my question also pertains to the fact that this sort of "mount", is completely covered on the back side and is pretty firmly affixed to the gas tank. So, to the question about the "do not exceed" issue, a tank bag mount won't have anywhere near the vibration of handlebars.

But the other part of the question has to do with the fact that the camera lens are on the down side and virtually in the dark. It turns out my iPhone 11 doesn't have OIS, so isn't subject to this problem, but for OIS phones, would the darkness of the tank bag case turn off OIS since there shouldn't be any perceived motion of an image?
