Is it worth it to get the iPhone battery replaced?

Go to Settings > Battery > Health and what percentage is showing?

You are getting close to replacement time, at this point Apple would not do so unless there was some other failure on your iPhone. If you can live with it until this fall I wouldn't replace it.

I agree with deggie. Depending on a variety of factors, your battery may well stay above 80% for several months. And, even when it drops below 80%, you can still use the phone. Things will just be slower.
