My Apple Music not syncing and not stored on iCloud
All I can suggest is to make sure you have lots of storage space on your device and keep all devices up to date with the latest software. There are issues with syncing between Macs using Monterey and iPhones, but I don't know if it's been resolved yet. If nothing here helps contact Get Support top right on this page.
