How do I return to macOS? (BootCamp)

I tried setting up Windows 7 on my 2010 MacBook Pro, and it said "Windows cannot be installed to "Disk 0 Partition 3:BOOTCAMP" I installed Win7 from a dvd-r. How do i return to macOS High Sierra :( PLEASE HELP!!!!

Try holding Option key at startup, does that show boot choices?
