how do I get my Apple Watch to display the weather at my current location on an iPhone 7 Plus. I cannot find location preferences in the menu. Can you tell me where to find location preferences?

On your iPhone, tap on:

Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Weather

and make sure 'While Using the Apps or Widgets' is selected.
