Need to ship AirPods Gen3 to Guam

I'm reading info from USPS regarding international shipment of Lithium-ion (LI) Cells, and it says "each shipment may contain a max of 4 LI cells or 2 LI batteries, total watt-hour rating for each cell must not exceed 20Wh, and the total Wh rating for each battery must not exceed 100 Wh". I looked at the specs on the the Gen3 AirPods, but I don't see any of this information. Is there a way to find out more specific specs regarding them?
