can I update my phone on my iCloud account

I am not sure what you mean by updating your iPhone from your iCloud account.

when i try to download or update an app it tells me that me account has been “disabled”

I have a new iPhone 13 pro max and I added it to my Icloud account before deleting my old phone. Now it says Iphone (2). Is there any way I can get he (2) removed.

Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Name: Here, you can change the name of your iPhone.
