your apple id has been disabled in itunes and appstore

I have opened my apple id and signed in after a few year like is about to 2 years i am unable to download apps and it is showing your apple id has been disabled in Itunes and app store

iPhone 7, iOS 15

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
