Car play

Not working car play whay?I click on car play and it doesn’t open .. I tried it on the basic settings there too

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! In order to set up CarPlay, you'll want to confirm you are in a region/country where CarPlay is supported. According to the information listed here: iOS and iPadOSFeature Availability, CarPlay is currently available in the following locations:

If you are in a supported region, you'll want to make sure your device us running iOS 13 or later when you go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.
