If you've confirmed the Apple Music subscription purchase was successfully completed. Let's be sure you have have Sync Library enabled in your Music settings. The following link provides how to enable this feature on different Apple devices: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music.


If you're using an iPhone running iOS 15.4.1, which is the latest software version, you can follow the following steps:


• Go to Settings > Music.
• Turn on Sync Library. If you don't subscribe to Apple Music or iTunes Match, you won’t see an option to turn on Sync Library.



If you're still unable to use Apple Music, try restarting your device.
