Cannot verify payment info
I keep putting in my payment info and message says cannot verify payment info

You’ve come across a great article already for payment issues.
A couple things to keep in mind -
- Be sure the billing information for your Apple ID is exactly what is on file with your financial institution. On your iPad you can verify that information in Settings > your name > Payment & Shipping.
- Attempt to add a different payment method and see if the same thing occurs. This helps isolate a specific method.
- Be sure the payment method you’re wanting to use id one accepted in your country or region. Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID
