Homekit Automation (door sensor audio) causes homepod(s) that are playing music to stop and pause/stop on selected automation sound

Hello, i have an automation to trigger a door bell chime (apple music) on two of my multiple home pods (mini and regular) from a door sensor. Issue is if one of the triggered HomePods is playing music it will not resume or remember the song/playlist that was playing but instead just stay stopped on the door bell chime. If i tell siri to play it will just replay the chime instead of the previous music.

Is there a way to have the homepod resume the music or for me to command it back to resume without it having to start all new? Not convenient if I am having a party and the music stops constant.
