My iPhone X WiFi Updates don’t work
Available updates show up in General. When selecting the update, “Download and Update” are grayed out. It says I need to be connected to WiFi and the phone is connected.

Also, just turned on iCloud WiFi back-up on: It fails because it says the WiFi is weak. I have all bars on a 1Gb WiFi. Don’t know why it isn’t seeing a strong WiFi. I did ensure personal hotspot is off.
Thank you. I reviewed that and there is no scenario for WiFi not available. I tried downloading on the computer and it failed four times, error message 4000
