Apple TV+ CODA

Do you think it could be a country restriction? I reside in Finland.

It is. For the ‘nordic’ countries, CODA is unfortunately not part of Apple TV+, and instead an iTunes Store movie for buy or rent.

If you are logged into the same Apple ID holding the Apple TV+ subscription, and have restarted whatever you’re using (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV+, Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, third-party TV with the Apple TV app available, etc) with the Apple TV app, then contact Apple Support and check with them about this.
