idmsa login

While I was using TikTok , a popup Message appeared if I would like to log in with my email to the idmsa.apple.com application. I don't use apple login in tiktok. About an hour before I checked an appstore refund , which needed login . But this popup was very random , I don't know why it came up again in a total different application an hour later. I was watching a long video , didnt even touch the screen when it came up .
