Photo Library on Mac smaller than iCloud photos

Hi!

I want to backup my photo library and want to make sure it includes every image.

It seems that not every images is stored on my HD if I compare the different values below.

If I tick the 'info' icon in the Photos app:

If I hit CMD+I on the Libary file in Finder:

In the iCloud dialog via System preferences:

Note: I unticked the 'optimize storage' just 10 minutes ago and was expecting my Photo library to grow to 'the right size', but it doesn't.

Does anybody know if the Libary file on my Mac contains everything when I back it up?
