There are no known Windows-like Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS, because of the underling UNIX  Foundation and Permission Limitation.

To date, it has not. Apple provides its own malware protection in Security Updates, so just make sure you stay up to date. If you want to use something, Malwarebytes is often recommended (free).
