Apple Watch app

I didn’t know I couldn’t delete Watch app so when I redownloaded it the “my watch” section is in pairing mode even tho it’s already paired so I can’t champagne any settings on my watch (trying to get apps that won’t let me use cuz it acts like it’s not up with my phone


how do I fix it I don’t think anyones had this issue can’t find help anywhere

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then;

Set up and pair Apple Watch
