Hello.
My touch bar suddenly stopped working yesterday. I have tried restarting, reseting and almost every thing i could find on the internet and it still does work.
I also don't see customise touch bar option in my keyboard. any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

What exact Mac is this... Intel or M1 13" MBP ?
On the Intel Mac the best you can do is try both—
resetting the SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)
on the M1— the best you can do is
Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal
no resolve—Try a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
If you still have an issue it typically points to a hardware issue:
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
Outside the USA

My touch bar is not illuminating. If I run my finger along the bar, the brightness and volume change but I can't see where they are so I can't accurately adjust anything. Touch ID still works.
FYI I have a 2018 MacBook Pro 15"
