Just the organiser can see who in family sharing or others in family sharing can see too who members in that family sharing?

Each member should be able to see other members that are sharing content.

See Family Sharing - Apple and If you can't find your family's shared content - Apple Support. If a family member shares their content then their purchase history and therefore their name should be visible to other members of the group.

That means not just organiser can see but who member who organiser add in will see that member too? Because I thought just organiser can see who she or he add in family sharing
