The information that you are looking for exists in this article that you were reviewing earlier 👉 If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro

If you purchased your iPhone less than a year ago then Apple's 1YR Limited Warranty (US) is still active and you can take advantage of it. Have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.
