cancelling a subscription from another apple ID

I need to cancel a subscription which i had done from my first apple ID , however i don't have that device now and i only have a MacBook pro on which i have logged in from another apple ID. How can i cancel the subscription done through a different apple ID (i had subscribed to hotter from another d apple ID through my iPad which is now not working(
