app subscription and changing the region

hi! i’ve change my region from ukraine to germany and my subscriptions disappeared from the app store. but my apps still warn me that i have premiums and i can’t unsubscribe (i want to) because it’s empty in the app store

did my subscriptions annul automatically or apps are going to withdraw money anyway?
