I am facing an issues using MagSafe pack on my iphone13 pro max. Kindly advice on this.

Try to perform a „Force Restart“ on your iPhone. Force restart iPhone – Apple Support

If that did not help, I would advise you to contact Apple Support as this might be an hardware issue.
