According to Set up voice recognition on HomePod mini or HomePod - Apple Support:
Recognise My Voice is available in English in Australia, Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand the UK and the US, and in Italian in Italy and Switzerland. To use Recognise My Voice, make sure your iOS or iPadOS device and HomePod are set to the same language.
So not at present, no.
