Apple Watch dictation

Hello! Is there anybody having this problem with dictation on Apple Watch 7 series ?

I have 3 keyboards, English UK, Romanian and Emoji. Everything works fine on iPhone and it used to work fine on watch as well but now when i dictate on the watch in Romanian it recognises the language as khaotic English. I am kind of desperate as i use both languages equally and i have tried few times with Apple support but no luck yet. It may be an isolated case i think.
