Well, the link says the next step is to contact Apple Support, and there is a link in the article to do that.
When I checked the phone it said Face ID disabled go to setting to reactivate it and I did, getting there I had to reset the Face ID settings and all of a sudden this came up so I’m stuck here now
My Face ID is disabled how can I active it back ?
