I need to send an almost-identical email to a list of people. All the emails will have the same subject line and body text.
So what I'd like to do is create the first one, without the recipient's email address, then copy & paste, paste, paste (etc.). Then I'll be able to go to each one, add the recipient's email, add attachment, and send.
Is this possible?

If the only differences in the email are the email address and attachment, create the email content in a text editor then as you create each email paste the content from the text editor into it.
Or, if the only difference in the emails is the email address, create a group to send the email to.
If the emails are the same except for the recipients address just create one email, add all of the recipients addresses to the BBC field (this keeps the recipients from seeing the other recipients) and send it. Each recipient will get an email as if they were the only recipient.
(I just reread my post and there's a lot of recipients in it. Hope it makes sense to you).
The emails were the same but each had a different attachment (income tax stuff).
I needed up doing what BobTheFisherman suggested which wasn't too bad as I only had a couple dozen to do. But if it had been hundreds or thousands it would have gotten quite tedious!
