I can't receive any emails

I have no been receiving mail for 11 days. I have already tried to delete the account, restart my phone, change information but nothing seems to be working. But I can send emails now.

If you can‘t send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Note: you can send emails to yourself for testing purposes.
