Have a Backup?:
You might be able to restore these from a backup. So, restore your iPhone from a backup that contains these notifications. Take this as a learning experience, knowing to back up your device every-so-often, especially prior to upgrading. That way you can have something to restore your device from, should anything to wrong in the future.
