iPad passcode error

I changed the Apple ID on an iPad (changing from my Apple ID to my husband’s) and now it will not let me enter iPad passcode

My iPad updated and when I decided not enter passcode it actually did it on its own I restored my iPad on computer and know it tells me my Apple ID is wrong I have no idea what to do next My wife’s iPad updated and I didn’t give it a passcode and when I continued it seem like it gave its own passcode and we couldn’t open it so I restored from my computer and now it says that my Apple ID is wrong I don’t know what to do next

I reset my AppleID password and it still does not work I need to update my device. I typed the AppleID passcode that I thought was correct and the phone said it was not. I then reset the passcode and it still is not working.

NEW iPad passcode issue 😩 i just bought two brand new ipads today. I used the same info for both to link to my apple id and now it has worked for one but when I went to put in the same passcode on the second it has locked me out saying its incorrect. It isnt incorrect! I linked both with my phone and when I looked it showed both iPads on there. I deleted the one not working hoping I could start over but it’s still wanting a passcode. Every time I put it in (the correct one) I get locked out. I can’t do anything on it. I can’t even get to settings due to the passcode issue. Highly frustrated. 😩
