I have a unknown part notification on my iPhone settings and I don’t know how to get rid of it

I got my battery replaced on my iPhone and there is a unknown part and notification on my settings. How do I get rid of it?

As stated above in my response, the on-screen notification will go away after 4 days. After that it will appear when you open the Settings app. This will last for 15 days. After that period, you will have to look for the notification by Opening Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About: At this point, it will be out of your sight unless you look for it.
