As stated above in my response, the on-screen notification will go away after 4 days. After that it will appear when you open the Settings app. This will last for 15 days. After that period, you will have to look for the notification by Opening Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About: At this point, it will be out of your sight unless you look for it.

You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About

Where did you get the battery replaced? If it wasn’t by an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center, that is why you get this message.
Will the notification ever go away fully? Can I do something to make it go away? Or will it just stay on my phone?
Thank you so much! sorry if I was a bit redundant I just wanted to make sure I understood correctly
You are welcome. No worries.
