Contact card updated itself, I can't change it, then chose "Ignore all" when editing, now contact card is gone

What the heck!? I had added another email account to my iPhone and after doing that it changed my Contact Card to that account's IMAP name. WHY would it do this??? I have four other email accounts, two of which have business names and its not done this before.

I tried to edit my contact card twice, by erasing the name iOS put in with my name, then saved it... but it didn't stick, both times. So the third attempt I saw an "ignore all" option, I thought maybe it meant to ignore all the contact options, but it simply closed the edit screen and removed my contact card from the contacts app.

I don't understand what is going on here. Any help would be appreciated.
