Unable to authenticate 2FA - inactive number

So I have an iPad that I am trying to log into with my iCloud from my phone. But I don’t have access to that phone anymore and at the moment I don’t have a number. So I can’t get my verification codes to be able to log in. How do I go about this ? Please helppppp!
