No you can not do this. First of all if your apple id is not a functioning email how will you confirm it when youtube sends a Confirmation email to that email address used for your Apple ID. Your only option is to create a google account which entails creating a gmail account. And this means providing Google with a pile of your personal information. This is something I am not willing to comply with. Nope.
