I am not able to receive transactional SMS messages from banks like one time passwords SMS MESSAGES are received ok. How to fix this on my iPhone?

I am not able to receive transactional SMS FROM BANKSin my iPhone but other SMS are received ok. Is this problem fixed by the banks or the carrier? I am running latest software on my iPhone. How to fix this?

if you are getting other messages normally, then you should contact your bank to ask what's the issue.

I have tried to get transactional SMS from two separate banks and neither worked. You think both could have the same problem? Or May be they use the same service provider to send messages?
