If you tried to cancel a subscription but you don't see it in the list, try what?

How do you cancel a subscription that is not under your “subscription” list in Settings?

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed - Apple Support

Yes, I followed the steps mentioned in the above article about canceling a subsection. When I got to settings-subscriptions, there is only 1 subscription and it is not the one I need to cancel.

I do know that I purchased from apple and I purchased it on an old phone I had but no longer have.

If you still can't find the subscription and cancel it, contact Apple Support, and ask them to look into that.
