Latest iTunes window version 12.12.3.5 not available to download in downloads? Where can i get the download file from?

Hi

I am trying to get the install package for version 12.12.3.5 however when I look in https://support.apple.com/en_LAMR/downloads/itunes the latest version I can see is 12.10.11 and when I click on download iTunes for windows 10 on http://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT210384 the version that it downloads is 12.11.3.17.

I seem unable to find on Apple's website the latest version install package. As I am unable to install from the windows store or via auto-update.

is there any way to request these be updated from apple or another place on Apple's website I can get them from?
