Hello.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. For connectivity issues on your cellular network or Wi-Fi, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Check for a Carrier Settings update:
1.) Make sure that your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network.
2.) Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.
3.) To see the version of carrier settings on your device, tap Settings > General > About and look next to Carrier.
Take out the SIM card: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support
1.) If the SIM card is damaged, or doesn't fit in the SIM tray, ask your carrier for a new SIM card.
2.) If you transferred your SIM card from another device, ask your carrier if your SIM card works with your iPhone or iPad.
Reset your Network Settings:
On iOS 15, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. If you're using iCloud Keychain, these settings are also removed from other signed-in devices.
Also, if you have any pending updates, it would be a good idea to install them. Keeping your device fully updated can help resolve various issues. Just in case, the following resource can guide you through the update process:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
1.) Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.) Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.) Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
We hope these steps do help you. Cheers.
