Very strange process at startup

Hello. My mac seems a little bit slow recently.

I did a Etreckeck report and it found a strange processo starting at login with no name and "?" developer.

I also used the KnockKnock app and it finds in / (!!) folder a 736 byte file which it can't delete. What shall it be ? Any help will be appreciated.

While we can't comment on an Etrecheck report or what a third-party app may be showing, the user guide below shows how to remove login items on startup:

Remove login items to resolve startup problems on your Mac

Do you have any other devices connected to the Mac, that it could be detecting as a drive? This could be a USB flash drive, external drive, phone or camera.
