Sync between Macs

I need to upload files, app (if possible) from one mac to another especially when logging in. Besides going to sharing and following there what am I missing...


iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

The simplest way is to use iCloud. It inherently supports a shared desktop model where files on your Desktop, Documents folder (and others) are automatically uploaded through iCloud and are available to any other system logged in on the same iCloud account.


Set up your Apple ID iCloud preferences on Mac - Apple Support


Just turn on iCloud Drive and you should be set.
