Can apple get me the data that hasn’t been saved on icloud when I forget my passcode? Like my pictures

No. Nobody can. If you have forgotten your passcode and the device needs to be reset, the data is already lost.

No. Nobody can. If you have forgotten your passcode and the device needs to be reset, the data is already lost.
