Apple Backups

Is there a way or place to delete TimeCapsule Backups to get to a previous backup?

Fyi: below is already posted in another question if you have advice for what is mentioned below please post in that question not here.

i am currently unable to access anything in TimeCapsule. (this may be a deleted Admin or permissions issue) or (backups being stuck in the prepping mode)

i am currently working on a suggestion, it is currently trying to backup i am leaving to continue preparing.
