Duplicate folders and Files based on the same Finder's TAG

When I want to see my files and folders according to a TAG , Finder result show DUPLICATED data instead of only one file

Pls see photo example.

Please delete. It seems that an external HD is connected to the Mac , The "extra files was in that external HD.
