Camera RAW Format Support For OM Digital Solutions' New OM-1

We are fellow users and cannot answer curiosity questions about potential future Apple camera RAW support. The associated Apple product teams do not participate in these public support communities.

Apple can do nothing about new camera RAW support until OM Digital Solutions conveys that new product information to them. Then there is coding, testing, and some unknown release schedule. Support for the OM-1 may or may not still make it into macOS Monterey, or into macOS.next in the Fall. Keep reviewing the following to see if OM-1 support becomes available:

The Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark III was introduced in February 2020, I bought mine in August 2020 and it took until the release of MacOS 11.5 in July 2021 to add RAW support for that camera.

I also have an OM-1 so based on the last experience I reckon no RAW support until the next MacOS is released in the Autumn.

FWIW, Adobe DNG Convertor 14.2 can convert the RAW images to .dngs.

Would you please add this support for us asap.? I always use apple photo to process my Olympus RAM data and love it. But now I run into the problem since I get my new OM-1 camera.

Apple is not here. This is a users forum and we can't add anything.
