Apple Watch SE only sharing approximate location on Find My app

I recently bought an Apple Watch SE with GPS and cellular service for my daughter and set it up as a stand-alone watch through via Family Setup. For a total of one day, I could use the “Find My” app to see her precise location. The next day, it started giving me only approximate location. I verified all location and privacy settings on the watch were still as they should be (and as they were when precise location sharing worked initially). I toggled the settings on and off, but no dice. Restarted watch, but didn’t do anything. Only thing that temporarily worked was resetting phone to factory settings and reinstalling, as someone else in this community recommended. However, this once again only worked for a total of one day. Anyone have any idea why the watch would not continue to allow precise location sharing?
